Bondara X Outrage by Ellen Jones

Bondara X Outrage by Ellen Jones

Bondara has gone absolutely bookish for Outrage by Ellen Jones; we couldn’t help but commit ourselves to the vibes.

Inclusive Vibes

It’s an absolute pleasure to say that this summer, we have been supporters of The LGBT Foundation for six years. Bondara supports sexual exploration and play, inclusivity, and equality.

To celebrate, we’re donating 10% of the proceeds to the LGBT Foundation when you purchase the Kaleidoscope Rainbow 2-in-1 Wand & G-Spot Vibrator. So, do your bit for your sexual kicks as well as inclusivity. Orgasms trump all! Unlike many brands, we’ve put our money where our mouth is (literally) to champion Ellen Jones. It made sense to sponsor Outrage by Ellen Jones’s London Book Launch, as some of our customers are members of the LGBT community, Bondara is a firm ally, and we’re also just general fans of equality.

The book hosts a message of hope. Hope for an equal, kind, better world where people aren’t shamed for their sexuality or expression. This is Bondara’s dream too! We promote a world of cheekiness, play… ORGASMS! Humans need to feel safe, relaxed, and ultimately accepted for all that to exist. Duh! We’re probably preaching to the choir here, but your voice is powerful, too (just like our vibrators ????).

Outrage by Ellen Jones – The London Launch

Bondara merrily skipped down to Hackney and was first on the Queer scene at Goldie Saloon. An intimate bar space with low lighting and drinks flowing (courtesy of yours truly), and Ellen was floating around tending to her team in her signature purple style – a stunning dress that matched her hair. Advocates for the disabled, neurodiverse, & refugees had begun arriving. There was a neverending stream of people, writers, bloggers, and influencers. It was all a little overwhelming. We’re just a sex toy brand in the big wide world!

Our Pride Shop houses some gorgeous pieces for your play, and they’re ready to go to their forever homes. It is a novel way to display your pride (and pleasure). We’re proud of our Pride collection, which celebrates all identities.

Who is Ellen Jones?

Ellen continues to work with some of the world’s leading organisations (you can add Bondara to that list now): Google, Spotify, MTV, Oatly, and Superdrug, to name a few – don’t worry, you might not have heard of them. She aims to drive progress towards inclusion. Her advocacy work earned her several prestigious awards for supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities. Ellen is fast approaching 10 years of training organisations to strengthen diversity and inclusion practices.

Now, her first book, Outrage: Why The Fight For LGBTQ+ Equality Is Not Yet Won And What We Can Do About It, breaks down stigma and highlights educational points to help everyone understand LGBTQ+ issues and promote inclusion at home, at work, and in public.

Bondara’s mission has always been to support people’s sensuality, kinks, and fetishes (I mean, it is what we sell). As bloggers for this online retailer, we get to engage with a diverse community that’s been here since the birth of Bondara! We encourage each other to explore pleasure without limitations. We’re all way ahead of the world!

Rallying Cry!

Supporting minorities and those who have had to fight for their rights allows us to be cheeky and cheerful! It means we are allowed to explore the fun of sex safely in inclusive, educational spaces. BDSM, kink and fetish spaces intersect so much with the LGBTQ+ community that it would be a disservice to both the sex industry roots as well as the LGBTQ+ people still facing discrimination and exclusion if we turned a blind eye.

Support your queer creatives, support the Pride Foundation or charities of your choice, or take time to read literature by the people you don’t quite understand! We have plenty of resources that can open up your reality and lead you on an excellent path of discovery.

Go, Ellen, Go!
