How We Picked The Products

We selected more than 30 penis extenders for this review and brought in my colleagues at My Sex Toy Guide for hands-on testing. Before starting, we defined clear scoring criteria to rate each review sample on a scale from 0 to 100. These included the following:

Minor issues we found during testing:

Unfortunately, Vixen VixSkin Colossus is on the expensive side. It costs $152.99 – $169.99, a price most people consider costly for a male penis sleeve.

In addition, the stretchy ball strap’s quality could be better. It chaffs the skin after extended use and, contrary to the manufacturer’s words, positioning the loop comfortably so the head is in the correct spot takes some getting used to.

Why Vixen VixSkin Colossus is the highest-rated penis sleeve for PE:

Unlike the other sleeves we tested, the Colossus’ squishy TPE finish scored the highest in comfort and for prolonging ejaculation. We also found it the easiest to put on and take off after sex.

Minor issues we found during testing:

Getting into the Mega Mighty was tricky, and it took lots of lube and twisting to get my member inside comfortably. I consider myself average, so I’d imagine the extra-girthy folks might not like the constricted feeling. Conversely, smaller guys might not enjoy the oversized sheath experience.

In addition, one reviewer raised concerns about the vacuum left near the tip if you don’t have enough penis length to fill up. The soft plastic build makes it susceptible to bends if you’re on the smaller-than-average side.
