While anyone with a vagina can enjoy it (it’s not safe for anal play), it was designed especially for people with a tilted uterus. I can’t speak to that aspect of the design specifically, but I can say it was one of the most comfortable eggs I’ve used.

When I think of remote control eggs, I immediately imagine a power imbalance in which one partner controls the remote and therefore the other’s pleasure. However, this device offers something special: the remote, also made of soft, body-safe silicone, vibrates in sync with the egg. How Do I Use The Nu Sensuelle Remote Control Petite Egg?

Charge your Nu Sensuelle egg and remote with a USB cable for an hour before your first use. A white light flashes until they are fully charged.

Turn the egg on and off by pressing the button on the base for 2 seconds (you can see the button in the image below). The button can also be used to scroll through the 15 different modes if you want to use it without the remote. To use the remote, make sure the device is already on, and press the (+) button. Use the (+/-) buttons to go through the 4 speeds, and the wavy button in the middle to rotate through the 11 different modes. Press the (-) button to turn off the remote.

To deactivate the remote vibration and use it as a normal remote, press the middle button for 2 seconds. Do the same to reactivate the vibration.

To clean it, wipe it down with warm water and a mild soap and store it in a cool, dry location.

Since the sex toy is silicone, only use it with a water-based lube.

My Personal Experience

I was very excited to try this product, since I love having my choice of vibration patterns, and off the top of my head, I don’t think I’ve tried a product with eleven different options. I count myself spoiled for choice if there are five!

Normally, when a sex toy advertises itself as having 4 speeds and 11 patterns, they mean you have to cycle through all 4 speeds on a basic vibration pattern, then cycle through all 11 patterns (15 distinct options in all). But this little egg is built differently—and just the way I like it! With this one, you can choose your vibration pattern and choose the speed it vibrates at. If I had my way, every vibrator would be designed like this; it makes the experience so much more customizable. Also, with the +/- button, if a speed is too intense for you, you (or your partner, whoever’s holding the remote) can bring it down a notch or two.

Inserting the Nu Sensuelle egg was easy, and while it was a little too loud to recommend using it in public, I was able to stand up and walk around with it comfortably inside me, which was another plus. When the remote was off, I didn’t feel anything at all, but once the vibrations started, I felt it in the best way possible.

I used the remote externally while I used the egg internally, and while the remote doesn’t quite do it for me on its own, the double sensation definitely made this toy an above-average egg!

The packaging on this toy features a see-through plastic window, so you can see the egg and remote. Under the little tray, there’s a USB-C charger and an instruction booklet. It also comes with a little drawstring bag, which I greatly appreciate! (You can see all the included items in the image below.)

Design

From the flower design on the USB port to the gold accents on the remote, this is a beautiful toy with a very intentional design. However, the remote itself is pretty big and unsubtle, so I’d be hesitant to take this one out in public.

Both the egg and the remote were made of a silky-soft silicone that felt comfortable to hold and insert. The safety cord attached to the body is slender and unobtrusive while being just as sturdy as you’d hope.

Stimulations

Getting to choose from 11 patterns and having the option to control the intensity of each one made this toy feel like such an upgrade from other products I have known. If you need customizable options like I do, this egg can’t be beat!

Sound Level

The egg and the remote are both pretty loud (the toy is ranked a 2/4 on the SheVibe loudness scale), making it better suited to bedroom play, as opposed to some sneaky fun in the world outside.

Build Quality and Dimensions

The egg’s dimensions are 2.25” x 1.1”  and the remote comes in at 3.25″ x 1.25”. The silky smooth silicone on both items feels luxe, and while I was a little worried about the safety string (image below), since it looks a little flimsy in pictures, but up close, it is reinforced, and I wasn’t at all worried about tugging it too hard.

Ease of Use

Even though it has more customizable options than a lot of similar products, it was still easy to use. Once the egg and the remote are both turned on, the options for playing around with vibration patterns and speed intensity are pretty intuitive.

Versatility

The fact that the remote vibrates as well makes the Nu Sensuelle egg automatically more versatile than most products on the market. You can use them both solo, have a partner be in control of the remote, have both partners enjoy them in tandem, or a secret fourth option I haven’t thought of yet (but remember, it’s not safe for anal play). It’s basically two toys in one.

Minor Issues I Found During Testing

The light on the egg itself is a little hard to see, so when I first used it, I forgot to turn it off. So, I can definitely see myself inadvertently draining the battery.
