The probes are intended to provide electromyographic feedback from pelvic musculature or electrical stimulation to pelvic musculature for the purpose of rehabilitation of weak pelvic floor muscles and restoration of neuromuscular control during the treatment of urinary incontinence.
Pelvifine probe is crafted from smooth, easily sanitized ABS plastic and surgical-grade stainless steel. They are compatible with safety requirements such as use with IUDs and surgical meshes, however, they should not be used during pregnancy or with electrical implants like pacemakers
