The box itself is encased in a sleeve with a picture of the Flora Pro on the front and information about it on the sides. The back of the box has a fanciful little drawing of a rose on it:

I really liked the packaging for Flora Pro. While it was very cute, it didn’t lean fully into the adorableness of the toy, and if anything was a bit restrained in comparison. The box also has a charging cable, a sticker, an instruction booklet, and, best of all, a bag. As if I wasn’t already sold on this toy!

How Do I Use The PikaVibe Flora Pro?

Despite having two separate components, the Flora Pro is extremely easy to use:

1. First, charge it up with the accompanying magnetic charging cable. As with any toy that charges with a magnetic charger, it can be a little bit tricky to angle it just right so that it doesn’t tip over and disconnect from the charger. Once it’s fully charged, the indicator light stops blinking and glows solid.
2. First of all, some water-based lube is a good idea for both ends. To use the rose part of the toy, long press the top button to turn it on, then press the button to cycle through the 9 vibration modes.
3. When you’re ready to turn it off, long press the button again. To turn on the bullet vibe, do the same with the bottom button.

My Personal Experience

Design

The rose part looks great and fits perfectly in the hand. It might be a little tricky to place just right, because of the licking tongue. Unlike most clitoral vibrators that work if they’re just put in vaguely the right area, tongue toys require a bit more angling. But once it’s in the right spot, it feels amazing.

The bullet part has a very tapered tip, making it easy to insert. It has an hourglass shape, with ridges in the middle that not only feel great while inserting it, but also allow the thrusting mechanism to work. It fits comfortably inside the body, and if Pika released it as a standalone egg toy, I would be a fan.

The Flora Pro is made of silicone, and it is as soft and silky as a rose petal. There’s not a lot of squish or flexibility on either end of the rose toy, but considering their respective functions (as a tongue vibrator and a thruster), that’s to be expected.

Both the top and bottom have 9 different modes to cycle through using two easy buttons. Both have basic intensity increases in the first 3 modes, followed by 6 patterns. The tongue portion felt quite intense, especially since the tongue is so stiff. After just having tested a bevy of clit vibes, I really enjoyed the experience of using a tongue toy. The way it hits up against the clit is like nothing a vibe can do.

The internal bullet portion is a lot of fun as well. Not only does it thrust up and down, but it also vibrates. While it wasn’t super strong, I did enjoy the thrusting motions and found them surprisingly satisfying for such a small vibrator.

Sound Level

The maximum sound level for the Flora Pro is under 65 decibels (about the sound of a normal conversation). While that’s a little loud for a sex toy, my bigger problem was the sound itself. I’m guessing it’s because the motions of the toy (licking and thrusting) are different from a regular vibe, but the motors made a somewhat more high-pitched sound than I’m used to. I found it a little annoying before I started using the toy, but once I got into it, I very quickly had other things to focus on.

Build Quality and Dimensions

Flora Pro feels extremely well-made and well-designed. While both components of the rose toy are just the right size, the Flora Pro overall is a little bit big and bulky. It’s still small enough to fit easily into your toy drawer, but probably not the best to take on a trip.

Despite having two separate components, the button system makes it easy to control them both. In terms of physical shape, the flower section is a little tricky to angle just right, especially since the tongue is very rigid, making it a little intense, depending on how you’re holding it. Minor Issues I Found During Testing

I only had two small issues with Flora Pro, the first being that the sound of the motors is a little loud and a little annoying. My other issue is that when you cycle through the 9 stimulations and press the button a 10^th time, the device simply stops. If you press it again, it starts back up at the first stimulation, though, so it’s not a big issue.
